  We ordered 1/2 a bushel of crabs, 5 lbs steamed spiced shrimp and 3lbs of crab legs for a small birthday party. Everything was cooked perfectly. The crabs were medium size and full of crab meat. Tons of Old Bay, just how we like them. The shrimp were large, no over cooked. Tons of spice and flavor. Crab legs were full of meat and delicious.
  
  I definitely recommend Pasadena Seafood. Looking forward to ordering from them plenty this summer!

  I drove by your business a few days ago and read your reviews online. Today, I decided to make a purchase for my family and friends. I just moved to the area and your location is near my home.
  
  Visiting your location with excitement,  I felt proud to support a local business and develop a relationship for years to come and more. However, my dreams were quickly diminished.
  
  Quite frankly, my experience was absolutely terrible. Customer service was subpar from the male at the register. From the time I walked in, he seemed annoyed at my presence. I would like to believe that most people will have questions and the task of performing your job as an employee, should not be a burdensome experience for new customers.
  
  Consumers will come to you all as the experts in your respective industry. Therefore, someone knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly should represent your business. Your employees are a reflection of your business and that responsibility is not suitable for some.
  
  Going forward, for the sake of others, I hope that you all reevaluate your seafood professionals' attitudes and behaviors. Thankfully, Kent Island Crab Co. saved the day. Even with a line out the door, the drive was worth it and the customer experience was excellent!

  Seafood was rotten, shrimp was more like scrimp that Bubba Gump would be ashamed of... Total babies. Ordered crabs, I had bigger crabs in high school. I asked for snow crabs and they said "this ain't Alaska Biotch". I thought I would play it safe and get fries and I found a seashell in them. When I complained they told me to go to Burger King if I wanted better service and/or foot lettuce. If you lookin' for stank, come here. Plus, they keep a very small Mexican in the back to cook all their food.

  We've ordered quite a few items from here including: fried clams, steamed shrimp and crabs but the last time we ordered the crabs on special we were very dissatisfied. The crabs were small and just not of good quality. We ended up throwing quite a few of them away, which was a waste of a bushel of crabs. We are on the fence, as to whether or not we will order food again. If we do, it probably won't be crabs.

  Delicious crabs and great crab meat. They do not short on size or quality. Don't forget to order them extra spicy!
